M2 Experiential Marketing & AI

Brands have switched from ‘traditional’ marketing, which is based on a rational choice (attributes/benefits), to ‘experiential’ marketing, which is focused on emotions, customisation and customer experience. The customer experience is omni-channel and lies in the heart of all marketing strategies. Artificial intelligence does not yet enable us to understand these emotions, but it attempts to measure its effects. ‘Machine learning’ makes it possible to build models and analyse these data, better understand the market and thus make decisions in terms of marketing and business strategy. Our School is a member of Amazon Web Services Educate, and gives students access to AWS’s sophisticated technology and the opportunity to acquire actual skills in cloud computing technology. This training enables students to learn the basics of big data-driven, data-driven and web analytics-based digital marketing, in correlation with artificial intelligence issues.
