M2 Digital and Influential Media Management

Create, manage, master influential digital media and ‘pure players’ At a time when all media undergo a metamorphosis due to digital transformation, national and international competition and social network attractiveness, media content management and production are changing and thus altering the occupations of journalist and editor. This programme is part of HEIP’s Master’s Degree studies, and leads to a Double Degree with Sup de Pub. It is aimed at training students so that they become experts in media creation and management, more particularly in the field of new influential media which nowadays convey information largely. The many economic, institutional, technical but also cultural changes entail a constant watch of new occupations and how they develop. Students will hold highly diverse and dynamic, and also ever-changing positions. The explosive growth of the digital world and digital media disrupted the impact they now have on the general public. Whether in the field of pure media, in a digital communication company or at the content providers’, or in a private or public communications organisation, students will learn to master the communication channels, and manage and produce quality contents, which are exactly in tune with market and new uses realities. Today there are numerous examples regarding not only the evolution of traditional media but also the arrival of new market players which, for 10 years, have been winning over readers and users: VICE, KONBINI, BRUT, CREAPILLS, MEDIAPART, MINUTEBUZZ, ATLANTICO, BUZZFEED, HUFFPOST……etc. In partnership with: SUP de PUB
